Call center on coronavirus issues opened at Commerzbank of Tajikistan

OJSC “Commerzbank of Tajikistan” together with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State Educational Institution “Institute of Postgraduate Education in Healthcare of the Republic of Tajikistan” created a 24-hour contact center on the COVID-19 virus, which operates 24/7 for questions.

The contact center is located in the main building of OJSC “Commerzbank of Tajikistan” with the provision of all the necessary infrastructure and equipment, in which more than 30 health professionals will provide the population with qualified assistance, in the form of advice on prevention, symptoms of the virus, its treatment, and generally provide necessary information about the COVID-19 virus.

It should be noted that the contact center employees are provided with high wages, 3 meals a day and transport. All costs associated with the operation of this contact center are fully paid by OJSC “Commerzbank of Tajikistan”.
