Delivery of the Address by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon “On Major Dimensions of Tajikistan’s Domestic and Foreign Policy

On December 28, 2024, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, delivered his annual Address to the Supreme Assembly (Majlisi Oli) of the Republic of Tajikistan. This event was held in the country’s new Parliament building.

The President instructed the government and relevant ministries and agencies to take measures to digitize and effectively utilize artificial intelligence. This initiative aims to enhance economic efficiency, ensure transparency in public services, and improve the quality of life for citizens.

Special attention in the Address was given to the development of education. The President emphasized that only an advanced education system can drive progress in all areas of the country’s social and economic life. Consequently, priority was given to improving the quality of education, fostering the study of foreign languages, and integrating modern technologies into the educational process.
